By reflecting on common experiences in our careers, we developed a unique leadership program called Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare which is relevant for leaders at all levels and focuses on change from the inside out. The Human-Centered Leader is embedded in the organization, rather than positioned above it, and recognizes the expertise and value of those who serve at the point of care. At the gym, my trainer always emphasizes the importance of pushing past discomfort to achieve growth.
