For most people, the chance to walk through pivotal moments in history is the stuff of fantasy. But Zubr - a UK-based tech company - is on a mission to bring US history to life. UK & US military personnel and academics were universally wowed when Zubr stopped by to demonstrate its latest project in conjunction with the American Battlefield Trust. Combining technology with the rich history of the American Revolutionary War its latest app - which uses augmented reality - delivers an interactive and immersive experience allowing users to see what battlefields along the Liberty Trail were like at the time. “I think it’s great” says retired US Marine Gen. Richard Mills. “It really gives you a feel for what things looked like and what went on there.”

When people step up, incredible things happen! British Consul General David Clay MBE hosted Our Bright Young Leaders evening at Museum of Fine Arts, Boston bringing together a dynamic mix of Bostonians to learn about the shared values of American icon Georgia O'Keeffe and British icon Henry Moore around landscape and being "rooted where we are" and see the opening of Deep Waters with Ghanaian-born British artist John Akomfrah who is speaking tomorrow (11/21) at the MFA! ???? It's been 1,000 days since Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine. In the UK's efforts to support Ukraine in their fight, 50,000 troops have now completed a five-week training course under Operation Interflex. Alongside our partner Landmarc Solutions, we support this work by adapting training areas, creating bespoke learning spaces and providing accommodation and meals for troops. So far, more than 10 million meals have been served to Ukrainian recruits. ?? #SlavaUkraini #WeStandWithUkraine

Inspiring healing. British Defence Staff - including our Royal Naval Attachè - were proud to walk side-by-side with wounded veterans to support the Allied Forces Foundation’s annual Warrior Yomp - a long distance military hike that unites injured service people.

Philanthropist and visionary businessman Stephen A. Schwarzman has embraced transatlantic commerce and charitable partnerships in a truly incredible way – and his endeavours have now been recognised by King Charles III. The CEO of Blackstone has been a longtime supporter of Oxford University’s Humanities Centre and for this - and his wider charitable works - Dame Karen Pierce, the British Ambassador to the US, was delighted to present him, on behalf of the King, with an honorary knighthood in recognition of his generous services to philanthropy.
