He then sat down with Ken Lewis, New Riff founder and Chair of the Kentucky Distillers' Association and Julie Kirkpatrick, CDME, President & CEO of Meet Northern Kentucky to discuss bourbon’s role in driving the economies of Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. A visit to Velocys, a company pioneering clean tech that originated from the University of Oxford, offered a firsthand look at the future of sustainable fuels—thanks to JobsOhio for facilitating the visit. Richard also met with Senator Kent Smith (OH-21) to exchange views on economic trends and policy shifts. The evening brought together business leaders, policymakers, and trade experts for a dinner hosted by Vinita Bahri-Mehra and BACC Board Members at Rooh, where rich flavors complemented a dynamic conversation on ???? investment and global market trends.
