CI Wildcats, mark your calendars for the UK Stuckert Career Center's upcoming employer panels for April's National Internship Awareness Month! ???? Employers from KET - Kentucky Educational Television, VisitLEX, Gray, MiddleGround Capital, Lexington Humane Society and more will be sharing information about internship programs and what they look for in candidates. The panels will be held on April 1 and April 22 from 4-5 p.m. in Gatton Student Center Room 330 A/B. Special shoutout to our alumni participating, including Clayton Abernathy (JOU, 2016), Emily A. Fields, M.S. (ISC, 2019) and Chance Baldwin (ICT, 2022)! ??

Our second round of advising clinics will be March 26-28 in 310 Lucille Little Library! ?? Students attending must bring a laptop or iPad and choose to arrive within 10 minutes prior to one of the following times: 11 a.m., 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. ?? Attending an advising clinic session is a great opportunity to get your advising hold lifted before registration and plan classes for the summer and fall. The University of Kentucky Department of Integrated Strategic Communication is looking to hire two lecturers to start in the fall of 2025. Duties include teaching 7-8 courses per academic year with the possibility of curriculum development or service to the department. We are seeking candidates with professional and/or teaching experience in strategic communication, including at least two of the following areas: research methods for strategic communication, ethics, data insights, consumer insights, account management, media planning, sports promotion, strategic visual communication, and elective courses across the integrated disciplines of advertising, public relations and sales promotion.
