  • ?? The 2025 Theme: Make Sleep Health a Priority. The theme for this World Sleep Day is Make Sleep Health a Priority. World Sleep Day is an opportunity to promote sleep health alongside thousands of other sleep health professionals and advocates. When we all promote sleep health and #WorldSleepDay together, our combined effort is greater than the sum of its parts. Spread the word about sleep health on World Sleep Day, and help elevate the conversation around sleep! Rest is also a form of resistance, prioritizing sleep challenges the systems that demand constant productivity at the expense of your well-being. As highlighted in Reparations for Black People Should Include Rest, the racial sleep gap is a direct result of historical and systemic injustices that continue to rob Black communities of true rest. Honoring World Sleep Day means not only advocating for sleep health but also recognizing rest as a necessary part of liberation. ??Check out our wellness for rest and sleep health resources at https://lnkd.in/eeRii9Cf ??
