The selflessness and commitment of these Coogs made this event possible, and I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you who played a part. Events like this do more than just bring us together—they empower the next generation of Coogs by supporting scholarships that change lives. ?7th Annual University of Houston Hispanic Alumni Network Fashion Show?, and my fourth year being the backstage lead! Every year I feel this fundraiser growing and I try to continue to learn new ways to help smoothly run what’s happening behind the scenes. I’m so grateful for this team and the connections I’ve made over the years. I love that volunteering for these type of events makes us get out of our comfort zone, and try things we never thought of doing before, and actually learning you can do more than you thought! I hope that I can help continue to network and bring people together in ways that are much bigger than myself.
