Our Hawk Venture to Pinnacle was made possible for the following dynamic professionals and leaders- Kerri Walsh, Stephanie Shell, Alvin Chen and Nathanael Ince. Thank you for the time you gave to our group and the great patience and thoughtfulness you placed in the many questions asked by our Hawk students. We were amazed at the dedication, drive and near and future dreams, with goals, you all have for Pinnacle. #Pinnacle #CommunityEngagement #StrategicPartnerships #MechanicalEngineering #Collaborations
Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of talented engineering students from University of Houston-Clear Lake on our campus! This opportunity was made possible thanks to the strong relationship between our Director of Recruiting, Kerri Walsh, and UHCL’s Senior Academic Advisor, Bernadina Gonzales Streeter. We were also thrilled to have two sign language interpreters accompany the group, ensuring that all students had an inclusive and enriching experience. Stephanie Shell, our Resource Planning Manager, shared valuable insights on the diverse job opportunities at Pinnacle and highlighted the significant impact engineers have in our workforce, working alongside clients to drive innovation and success. Alvin Chen, one of our Reliability Data Analysts, offered practical advice on job searching as a new graduate, encouraging students to make themselves "interesting and open to learning new things, even if you don't have all the technical skills!" His message: there are no wrong decisions, only learning opportunities. Nathanael Ince, our Chief Strategy Officer, provided an inspiring look into the history of Pinnacle and how we’ve experienced immense growth over the years — a testament to the hard work and vision of our team. It was a fantastic day of learning, growth, and connection. We look forward to seeing these students make their mark in the engineering world! #CommunityImpact
