As February draws to a close, so does Black History Month. This month, UGI was fortunate to?have journalist Aundrea Cline-Thomas speak to employees on "Empowering Voices: Elevating Stories in the Workplace" as part of our Black History Month celebrations. We thank all of our employees who attended this enlightening discussion! As we transition from Black History Month into March, which is known as Women’s History Month, we will carry forward the spirit of learning, appreciation and commitment to equality, where everyone feels empowered and accepted. #EnergyToDoMore
Yesterday, UGI's Black Organizational Leadership & Development (BOLD) employee resource group welcomed journalist Aundrea Cline-Thomas for "Empowering Voices: Elevating Stories in the Workplace" as part of our Black History Month celebrations. Employees from across UGI’s businesses gathered both at our Valley Forge office and virtually to engage in a meaningful discussion about authentic storytelling and creating inclusive spaces where diverse perspectives thrive. Aundrea shared valuable insights on how embracing our unique stories strengthens team dynamics and fosters environments where everyone feels empowered to contribute. Thank you to all participants and to Aundrea for sharing her expertise with UGI. #BlackHistoryMonth #EnergyToDoMore
