Last week, the Gamma Chapter had the incredible honor of welcoming both PSE CEO Joan Rogala, IOM, CAE and our new National Chapter Advisor, Jacob Pawelczyk. Joan’s insightful Ideal U presentation left a lasting impression, reminding us all to envision our best selves and take actionable steps towards achieving our goals. It was also an inspiring opportunity to officially introduce Jacob as a guiding force for chapter’s future. Their leadership and dedication to PSE are truly unmatched, and we are excited to see what the future holds with their support. #PSE #Gamma #PSELeadership #TerryCollegeofBusiness

On Wednesday, I had the honor of being the speaker at an employer roundtable hosted by Pi Sigma Epsilon, University of Georgia. I, along with 4 Wholesale Banking teammates (who also happen to be UGA alums) had the opportunity to speak to this amazing group of students about the many early talent programs we have here at Truist. The Analysts spoke about the culture at Truist, what brought them to Truist and what keeps them here. They even discussed ‘A day in the life of an Analyst’ giving the students a quick look into what they can expect as a Truist intern or full-time employee. Thank you to Dylan Van Saun, Bailey Baxter and all of the members of PSE for having me back (for the 2nd time this year…yay ????) and for always being so attentive and welcoming. Thank you to Murphy Rief, Cameron McLain, Lucas Gitelman and Gabriel Shaber for taking the time to accompany me to this event.

Last week, our members had the opportunity to hear from Barracuda, 20North Inc., and Crown Lift Trucks! During the Round Table, our members were able to learn about internship opportunities as well as what a career in sales looks like. A big thank you to Charles Dolan, Scott Furlow, Adam Chrzanowski, and Devon Adams for speaking to our chapter. Another thank you to Dr. Cindy B. Rippé for helping us set up this amazing event!
