??Congratulations to our team members on their recent promotions! ?? ? A true team player with exceptional organizational skills, Kristin Force has been promoted to Staff Accountant. Kristin’s accuracy and efficient month-end close process contributes greatly to our strong financial operations. Armando Souza technical expertise, attention to detail, and innovative approach to UFP’s quality standards has been outstanding. He consistently demonstrates strong leadership, guiding the quality team with a clear vision and a commitment to continuous improvement. As Quality Manager, Armando will oversee all aspects of our quality assurance processes. Woody Woodall has played a critical role in expanding UFP’s orthopedic soft goods markets as well as achieving success in orthopedic implant packaging. As Director of Business Development, he’ll continue to foster relationships with large OEM’s and take the lead in developing a new UFP Sales Excellence program designed to train and mentor our commercial team members within MedTech. Woody embodies the essence of UFP’s business strategy by listening to the customer, identifying needs, and delivering value to both the client and UFP.
