My favorite part of my internship was running and managing projects of my own. I felt that my team trusted and supported me as an engineer, giving me the responsibility to spearhead new product introductions. The responsibility and challenge motivated me, and I was excited to bring the project from inception to production. It was a valuable learning experience that prepared me for a full-time role and was personally rewarding. ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ????????? Interning at UFP before starting full-time gave me the great advantage of being familiar with the company, the people, and the way business is run here. This understanding of the business prepared me for full-time work and reinforced my decision to return to UFP post-graduation.
