MBA Alumni, We’re thrilled to invite you to the MBA Student & Alumni Golf Classic, a fantastic day of golf and networking at Hawkstone Country Club! Reconnect with fellow alumni, support current MBA students, and enjoy a beautiful day on the course. Date: February 7th, 2025 Location: Hawkstone Country Club 9905 SW 44th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608 Event Schedule: Registration: 10:00 AM Reception (lunch): 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM Tee Off (Scramble format): 12:30 PM Awards Ceremony: 5:00 PM Price: $170* Your registration fee covers participation for both you and a student player, as well as lunch and drinks. This is a great opportunity to connect with current MBA students, build relationships, and engage in friendly competition! *Please note that this payment is nonrefundable. What to Expect: Our tournament will follow a scramble format, perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Alumni and students will be paired to form teams. Join us in congratulating and welcoming Zach Benghuzzi, our elected UF MBAA President for the 2024-2025 school year! Zach is excited to give back to UF MBA by building a culture and community with values centralized around “TEAM”: Trust, Engage, Action, and Manage. His vision includes fostering inclusivity, creating bonds, and streamlining operations, which we believe will enhance our UF MBA experience. We can’t wait to see the fantastic event and engagement opportunities in our many clubs under his leadership. Our previous MBAA President, Jamie Woodrum, MBA, has done an exceptional job and will leave a lasting legacy. She exemplifies all aspects of what it means to be an MBA and has a bright future ahead. While passing the torch, she prepared and trained our new president to form the foundation for future success. We are thankful for everything Jamie has done for the UF MBA community.
