Talmadge, Jr will be joining UESF as the new Executive Director starting on Monday, August 5, 2024.?Alexander is an attorney by trade and a former Commissioner of Elections for the City of Philadelphia.?Alex has deep connections to the city of Philadelphia leadership and a wealth of experience in non-profit oversight and low-income program management. We are very excited to welcome him to UESF!!!

UESF’s goal is always housing stabilization. We do more than give people a hand up. We work with them to understand the barriers that are keeping them from housing stability and empower them to move forward. We address immediate needs with benefits and supportive services in the short-term to keep families in their homes. UESF then achieves stabilization in the long term through education, self-sufficiency training, and ongoing case management.
