Thank you again to WCEP for a wonderful event to raise money for cancer research. These events are so important to raise awareness and it's always a good time to catch up with friends. Our partners Subbarao Govindaraju and Ricardo Villegas met up with our own Ron Parra and Rig Cordero and enjoyed a beautiful day.

Today we honor all those who served and hung up their uniform. Never forget the courage these brave men and women have done to protect your freedom.

Flash Back Friday-The equipment and clothing has certainly changed over the years but the importance of an accurate survey has not. With the introduction of electronic distance measurements (EDM) in the 1950’s these instruments saved weeks and sometimes months over previous methods. Once GPS was introduced in the late 1970’s an even higher level of accuracy was provided. UDS is proud to carry on the traditional practices while utilizing the latest equipment in providing a professional and accurate survey.

A few years ago, with assistance from and a very skilled pilot, our crew was dropped off cliffside on a hard to access location to survey in a new powerline in So Cal. We are proud of these guys who continue to be top professionals in the survey industry today.
