Work Location: Hybrid Some of the subcontractor activities can be performed remotely, i.e., drill development, training development, procedure reviews, scenario development, etc. However, subcontractor will be required on site (Skeen-Whitlock Building or WIPP Site) to conduct drills, exercises, and training, and for some drill/exercise development meetings. The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is the nation’s only permanent nuclear waste repository for defense-generated transuranic (TRU) waste generated from Department of Energy (DOE) sites across the country. Waste is permanently isolated over 2,000 feet underground in deep salt beds. Position Overview: Subcontractor will provide services to SIMCO in support of the WIPP Emergency Management program. The following services/tasks have been identified in support of this subcontract. ?
