Our selection process is designed to identify the brightest and most deserving young women, based on Neet, Ambition, and Talent (NAT). Guided by our experienced core committee of educationists, the process includes an application, written tests, interviews, and home visits. Only after successfully passing through these stages does a girl earn the title of Udayan Shalini Fellow (Shalini)—a title that marks the beginning of an incredible journey of growth, empowerment, and leadership.
