As a Career and Life Coach you are part of a team that coaches, develops and promotes independence through community inclusion and employment support for individuals of all abilities. You will assist in building a foundation for people to enhance their lives and fulfill their goals. Qualifications: ?High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in human services related field preferred. Experience or interest in working with adults with disabilities. Possess a valid driver’s license and MVR which passes Udac driving standards. Qualified to work with vulnerable adults by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. The Career and Life Coach shall have or achieve and maintain First Aid/CPR certification, Mental Health Support Specialist (MHSS) and/or Direct Support Professional Certification. Benefits eligible:?yes Pay: $20.00-$25.00 Schedule: Part-time or Full-time Schedule details: Variable - may require some evening, weekends and holidays based on external business demands.
