The Chicané Latiné Campus Association at UCSF aims to increase representation of faculty and staff in various leadership roles, boost the numbers of tenure-ranked faculty, recruit and enroll more Chicané/Latiné students and trainees from the San Francisco Bay Area and California, provide professional development opportunities for Chicané/Latiné staff to advance their careers, address issues affecting the climate, health, and livelihood of the Chicané/Latiné community, and recognize their contributions and accomplishments.
