Hi ???? I know a lot of you are in the thick of SWE interviews and I wanted to share some tips ??from our Bloomberg ?????? Engineers Share any tips I missed in the comments ?? > prepare as best as you can by doing medium/hard leetcode questions ???? > focus on Arrays, BSTs, Linkedlists, Hashmaps and Graphs ?? > make sure to use Pramp for mock interviews you need to recreate the interview process as many times as possible > record ??yourself in the mock interviews… it’s a great tool to self assess your performance > engage your interviewer, think out loud and take hints ?? > ALWAYS ask questions ??when you receive a technical coding question. Understand the boundaries as we don’t provide you with all the details in the initial prompt > make sure you can demonstrate ????passion, teamwork ??, technical depth and your ??takeaways from your internships or projects this means no one word or short answers > please ????do not read from a script … we can tell if you are overly rehearsed Most importantly … please be comfortable with failure ??.. it’s part of your journey and you won’t pass until your fail a few interviews > don’t forgot to eat ?? well, sleep ?? and restore ????yourself through movement, mediation or meeting with friends Good Luck! https://lnkd.in/eJXE4sx
