? Working towards gender equality, one step at a time Today, I had the opportunity to speak at the UCL Athena Swan Forum about implementing the UCL Computer Science Athena Swan gold action plan. Change can often feel overwhelming—like trying to do everything all at once. My experience has been that real progress comes from taking small, focused steps, and working as a team. ? Focus on what truly matters ? Break it down into achievable steps ? Collaborate and support each other It was great to engage with colleagues on how we can drive meaningful transformation together! Thanks to the @UCL Computer Gender Equality Group! Thanks to Victoria Showunmi for organising, to Sara Mole for a great presentation, and to all present for the insightful discussion! #Teamwork #AthenaSwan #EDI #UCL #GenderEquality
