I love home improvement call centers. So much energy and passion to be successful and help customers. The constant humming sound of agents on the phone, the sales contests, real-time performance dashboards on the walls. I love it all. We operate ours in Dallas, Texas in service of our future customers across the nation. This is our first frontline where we engage directly, 1-to-1, with consumers expressing interest in our bath remodel or accessible bathing solutions. We are in search of a Director for our Contact Center to be accountable for all inside sales operations there and to lead our overall consumer engagement strategy. An incredible opportunity to be a key leader in one of the largest home improvement companies in the U.S. and to be part of the American Standard brand that is over 150 years in the making.
