On Friday, we had the pleasure and the honor of presenting at the 28th Annual Angel Venture Fair. Not only did we present, but we also served as the Technology Partner and handled all ticketing and registration needs. It was a fantastic event and we really enjoyed reconnecting with fellow colleagues and meeting new entrepreneurs, investors and students from neighboring universities. The year isn't quite over yet, but this was definitely one of our top highlights of 2024!

We had an amazing time presenting at Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures (MADV) Winter 2024 Forum today in Philadelphia! We were one of 7 presenting companies and had the opportunity to speak to many fellow entrepreneurs as well as meet new potential investors. All in all, a great Friday in the books and we're already gearing up for next week's Angel Venture Fair!

We are so happy to announce that we completed the SPARK Mentorship Program hosted by Thomas H. & We Are Mentors! We had the opportunity to not only gain a valuable relationship with our mentor, but to take away great insights from a seasoned entrepreneur who was once in our position. We wish the best for our cohort and are excited to see where the future brings us!

We wanted to take a moment to share with you all another awesome organization that we have the privilege to work with: the RL Group! The RL Group was one of our first international clients that came on, relatively early on in our launch of UBMe Events. They host 5-6 large expos a year, all over the world and were looking for a solution to cater to their high attendee rates. A lot of companies that they were looking at working with had low attendee caps, and with them having upwards of 10K attendees a day (over the course of 3-4 days), UBMe came in at just the right time! In addition to needing to register attendees, they wanted the ability to host vendor registration, speaker registration and sponsorship registration through the same platform, which we were able to accommodate. The RL Group now has the next years worth of expos lined up through UBMe and we are so excited to have them a part of the UBMe Family! We know that their attendees are in for a treat with engagement too and we can't wait for them to enjoy their first UBMe Experience!

United By Meaningful Experiences: Experience 003 The Optometric Extension Program Foundation is an international organization dedicated to the advancement of the discipline of optometry through the gathering and dissemination of information on vision and the visual process. Challenges OEPF was in need of a solution that provided event management and registration services for their courses, seminars and international conferences. Their previous management platform did not give them the ability to market their programs, offer early registration or provide interactive, attendee engagement throughout the duration of their events. UBMe Solutions UBMe provides OEPF with the means to conduct their registration for weekly seminars, in-person accredited programs and international conferences. With programs and conferences that all have varying needs, UBMe accommodates them all with a dedicated management staff that is assigned directly to OEPF. Since utilizing UBMe as the management solution, OEPF has been able to achieve the highest early registration rates for their international conference, ICBO, highlight a record number of one-time sessions within the last 12 months and for the first time, offer an immersive, interactive experience for all doctors at their conferences. Overall, OEPF is can now have complete management and organization of all events to keep track of doctors and credits with ease as well as provide all attendees with a wonderful experience.

United By Meaningful Experiences: Experience 002 Recently, we had the opportunity to work with the Dry Creek Group for the Bash for Mercy Flight, which took place in Buffalo, NY. It was incredible to be a part of this memorable day benefiting an organization that is continuously giving and serving the community. Mercy Flight is an independent, not-for-profit provider of emergency and non-emergency air and ground medical transport and supporting services; ensuring rapid, safe and cost-effective delivery of expert response teams. Established in 1981, they have safely completed more than 31,000 patient missions over the last 40 years. Mercy Flight provides around-the-clock care to service all of Western New York, Northwestern Pennsylvania, Canada and beyond. The Bash for Mercy Flight serves as a way to raise money for Mercy Flight through ticketing, sponsorships and their live auction. UBMe had the opportunity to serve as the management + ticketing platform as well as provide the technology solution for the live auction. At UBMe, we appreciate every partner and client, and to serve organizations that do so much for their community is the best feeling.

Put On the Cape: A Foundation for Hope is an incredible organization that serves Child Advocacy Centers that help more than 15,000 victims of child abuse, sexual violence, and neglect as well as domestic violence and sexual assault. Their efforts support the following Child Advocacy Centers: - Scottsdale - Chandler - Gilbert - Salt River Tribal - Glendale - Surprise - Avondale - Buckeye - Goodyear in Arizona - The Northern Michigan Children's Assessment Center and Children Advocacy Network in Michigan This year we were honored to be a small part of their annual events by being their event management + ticketing platform for the 3rd Chandler Car Cavalcade and the 6th Annual PKEA Charities Superhero 5K, which was a huge success last weekend! Working with organizations like Put On the Cape truly makes all of our efforts even more meaningful and we are so fortunate to have the opportunity to be a small part of events that benefit so many people!
