?? WIM Spotlight This week's member spotlight is Tia Thompson! Hey Peeps! My name is Tia Thompson, and I am a non-traditional junior at UB. I am currently studying Business Administration and concentrating in Marketing and Finance. I joined Women in Management because I've learned that we all have the same goal. As women, we want to earn respect on our name in a male-dominated industry. So, why not come together with other women to help each other reach success. I was accepted into the Education Abroad program at UB and recently returned from London, UK. That experience is what gave me the courage and the confidence to join Women in Management.
