Shout out to entrepreneurs looking to grow and improve!!! ?? Are You Seeing What Your Customers See? The Power of Secret Shopping Your Own Business! ?? As business owners, it’s easy to become so involved in daily operations that we lose sight of what matters most: the customer experience. One of the most valuable tools for understanding this experience is to "secret shop" your own business. This means stepping into your customers' shoes to explore how your business feels from the outside in. Here’s why it's crucial: 1?? ???Website Experience: Is your site intuitive and easy to navigate? Are checkout and contact forms seamless? The online experience is often a customer’s first interaction with your brand. Do inquiries get handled quickly? 2?? ???Phone Interactions: Test your phone lines and customer support. How long are wait times? Is your team knowledgeable, and are calls handled professionally? 3?? ???Storefront Impressions: From parking to signage to the look and feel inside, every detail counts. Are customers greeted warmly? Does the environment feel inviting? The insights from secret shopping can be eye-opening, leading to quick wins and long-term improvements that create happier, loyal customers. Don’t just assume the experience is great—know it is. Share your tips in comments! #Small Business #CustomerExperience #BusinessGrowth #Entrepreneurship #CustomerFirst #SecretShop

It’s a match! ?? Yesterday, CEL hosted a fantastic meet & greet for our Core participants and their mentors. Through the Core mentorship program, each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor to provide invaluable guidance and support in areas like goal-setting, navigating challenges, sharing experiences, and more. Together, they’re not only building a solid network in the entrepreneurial community, but a friendship that will last a lifetime. ??The mentor program is just one of the many ways the Core program will help a participant take their business to the next level.
