Thrilled to be part of the WOMEN ENERGY LEADERS (WEL) PROGRAM-the two-year program! This transformative experience has not only expanded my understanding of renewable energy technologies but also enhanced my leadership skills. I feel incredibly lucky to have learned from and connected with some of the most distinguished leaders in the energy sector— Nancy Li (Program Manager, United States Energy Association), Ipshita Nandi Banerjee 🌏 (Communications and Gender Lead, USEA), Kristy Bibb (Foreign Affairs Officer, Bureau of Energy Resources, U.S. Department of State), and Kim Meninger (Founder & Executive Leadership Coach, Your Career Success). I was also honored to meet experts like Dr. Norasikin Ahmad Ludin (Associate Professor & Deputy Director, Solar Energy Research Institute, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), Dr. Norshafidah A. (Senior Lecturer & Research Fellow, SERI-UKM), Mas Isnandi Dwi Saputra (Chief of Process Engineering, Pertamina), and Van Nguyen (Senior Commercial and Contract Manager, Envision Energy). And I had the privilege of meeting many distinguished women in energy from Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
