When the world lost General Colin Powell a few years ago, not only did it leave an enormous void for our nation, but it left a void for USGLC, having lost a champion of America's global leadership who had served as Honorary Chairman of our National Advisory Council for 15 years. Today, we're thrilled to announce that former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen is picking up the torch. ? One of the most respected military leaders of our time, having served as the nation’s top military officer under both Republican and Democratic administrations, Admiral Mullen is a patriot who understands that a safer world and a stronger America are two sides of the same coin.? ? USGLC's National Advisory Council is a bipartisan group of former Cabinet members, Congressional leaders, and other national security luminaries providing strategic counsel to help our coalition ensure America remains engaged on the global stage to advance America's security, prosperity, and values.? ?
