What transforms promising executives into visionary leaders? For these male executive leaders, it was the women who shaped their perspectives, challenged their assumptions, and pushed them beyond conventional thinking - both in the boardroom and at home. Join us in the FQ Lounge @ #SXSW to hear senior male executives share how the women in their lives influenced not just their professional trajectory but their core values, emotional intelligence, and vision of what leadership truly means. ? 关于我们
The U.S. Soccer Foundation was established in 1994 as the major charitable arm of soccer in the United States. It is our mission to enhance, assist, and grow the sport of soccer in the United States, with a special emphasis on underserved communities. At the U.S. Soccer Foundation, we use our game as a vehicle to create positive social change in the communities where the need is greatest. We ensure that girls and boys living in underserved communities have access to evidence-based soccer programming that delivers positive health and youth development outcomes and safe places to play right in their neighborhoods. We are currently providing children in over 410 communities across the country with physical activity, nutrition education, and mentorship through our Soccer for Success program. Our Safe Places to Play program supports the development of safe places to play, grow, and learn, ensuring that children have easy and affordable access to quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development. In 2017, we launched It’s Everyone’s Game, a campaign to inspire and empower the nation to drive the change that ensures children living in underserved communities enjoy the health and youth development outcomes of the game. In partnership with communities, municipalities, and corporate partners across the country, we aim to reach one million children annually in Soccer for Success and build 1,000 safe play spaces by 2026. Together, we can translate our love of soccer into positive change that improves lives and revitalizes communities. Join the movement at itseveryonesgame.org.

It was an honor to be at this year’s?Girls Empowerment Day?at Dignity Health Sports Park. Thanks to the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, young girls had the opportunity to not only step onto the field and play but also connect with mentors who have paved the way before them. Events like these remind us why representation, access, and equity in sports matter because empowering girls in sports means investing in the next generation of leaders. #InternationalWomensDay #WomensHistoryMonth

SXSW is where innovation, culture, and impact collide—making it the perfect place to discuss the future of soccer in the U.S. As we prepare to host the 2026 Men’s World Cup, it's important to ensure its legacy extends beyond the tournament. Our President & CEO Ed Foster-Simeon will join Tim Howard for a Fireside Chat on how we can use this moment to make soccer more accessible, especially in communities of color, and create a healthier generation through the game. Looking forward to this crucial discussion! #SXSW #SoccerDoes #Legacy2026
