It’s no secret. The legal industry reports some of the most alarming mental health statistics of any profession. Historically, the culture of law was built around high-achieving individuals striving for perfection. Admitting to stress or mental health challenges was once seen as a sign of weakness, creating an environment where open, honest conversations about well-being were rare—and often discouraged.
