In 2011, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin's Lymphoma. What began as a rollercoaster experience transformed into a story of strength, gratitude, and purpose. Today, nearly 14 years cancer-free, I look back at that journey and realize how profoundly it shaped my future. I stumbled into recruiting by chance, but it has always felt like destiny. Working with incredible companies in the life sciences industry, companies that develop life-saving, novel drugs is more than a job to me. It’s a privilege and a passion. As a professional, but also as a patient, I believe that the way we shape the lives of patients begins with the people behind the breakthroughs: the scientists developing the therapies, the educators empowering patients, and the leaders driving the mission forward. Helping businesses in the pharma and biotech sectors isn’t just my career, it’s my way of making a difference and contributing to a future where diseases are treated differently, within my lifetime. Through it all, my wife has been my unwavering support system, standing by my side from the very beginning. Today, our family has grown, our challenges have evolved, but our gratitude has only deepened. Here’s a photo of us from my last day of chemo/radiation, and now, with our beautiful family.
