TYGR Operating was established to acquire and operate oil and gas assets in Texas and North Louisiana and is actively searching for new acquisition candidates. Seeking to increase value for investors through the strategic acquisition of Lower Cretaceous / Jurassic age hydrocarbon resources, particularly in the Cotton Valley, Haynesville (sand/shale) and Smackover formations in the Ark-La-Tex, as well as other tight sand areas of the upper gulf coast in Texas. The TYGR team has unique expertise in the identification of these plays and unique access to potential acquisition targets that present existing production, a significant HBP position and running room for development.
