Select work highlights: - Coordinated bidding, dismantling, refurbishing, and resale of a closing automotive supplier's paint department. 18-month project; seller paid up front. - Discretely bought an industrial equipment dealer's floor models and resold over time in other markets to address local market saturation concerns. - Acquired the shop assets of a contract manufacturer, continued servicing accounts until buyer could be found, then refurbished and resold equipment. - Multiple cases of assuming responsibility for a seller's paint waste in exchange for ownership of remnant assets; all waste subsequently recycled. - Took multiple pallets of high-end but mislabeled home fixtures on consignment; worked to properly ID and quality check inventory before resale. - Marketed for sale the IP and tax attributes of a shuttered startup.
