In a recent client success story, Tydings’ lawyers Gregory Garrett and Meaghan Farnham prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in a lawsuit alleging negligence during a surgical procedure. Relying on the?Daubert-Rochkind?standard, the court ruled that the plaintiff's expert witness's opinion on causation was inadmissible, and therefore, the defendants were entitled to judgment in their favor.
