Twin Peaks’ Conversion Strategy is Proving Successful The first remodeled store saw a nearly $5 million bump in annualized AUV. In September, the company completed its first Smokey Bones to Twin Peaks conversion in Lakeland, Florida, which marked the 15th Twin Peaks in the state. Sales have grown from $3.6 million in 2023 as a Smokey Bones to a current annualized run rate of about $8.3 million as a Twin Peaks. That’s a nearly $5 million bump in AUV after renovations and a name change.
