When we asked Kelly what she loves about working at TCR, she said: "With a small team like ours, everyone wears a lot of hats, but the best part is the people. They genuinely care, they listen, they check in, and they’re always there for you." As for her favorite part of the job? “I wake up each morning excited to get to work, and seeing my efforts pay off is so rewarding. I get to support all the departments—volunteers, development, the Empowerment Institute, program operations, outreach, social media, the website—you name it. It’s amazing to have an impact across so many areas. And I absolutely love our celebrations and graduations; they’re the mission in action, seeing the hope and determination in our participants and the encouragement from our coaches and educators... It's truly amazing!” Finally, Kelly shared a message for the TCR team: "Thanks for always being there. We’re all parts of the TCR body, and we need each other to keep going.
