Key Responsibilities: -Lead and grow TPT’s major individual giving programs, focusing on gifts of $25K+. -Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, securing $1M+ annually in cash, pledges, or planned gifts. -Develop and execute fundraising strategies that support TPT’s ambitious vision. -Oversee and mentor a talented fundraising team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion. -Collaborate across departments to align donor engagement with TPT’s content, community impact, and strategic goals. ?? Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fundraising leadership, capital campaigns, and donor cultivation.
