This week, members of the Twiddy & Company team attended the NC Association of REALTORS? Conference in Wilmington, NC. NC REALTORS? is a non-profit trade association representing 45 local associations statewide, with several hundred real estate professionals attending the conference. We’re proud to share that Katie Wheeler, our Director of Asset Management, joined other panelists for an insightful discussion about specialized real estate markets. The panel, moderated by Amy Hedgecock, covered the unique opportunities and challenges within Military, Global, Commercial, and Resort/2nd Home niches—topics highly relevant to the evolving real estate landscape. We’re always thrilled to be part of these important conversations and to continue building relationships within the NC real estate community.

We had the pleasure of hosting our annual Homeowner Appreciation Day at our Corolla, NC campus this past weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect Outer Banks afternoon!
