Today I had the amazing opportunity to give a talk to Twelve. They are an extraordinary brand that designs and builds exclusive retail private label collections, including custom-designed products, secondary packaging, influencer kits, and branded merch. My talk was titled "Discovering Trends Before They're Over," and I focused on trend lifestyles, social listening, the power of TikTok and Pinterest, and, of course, merch as a culture. Sharing a little peek at some of my slides below. If anything, this talk made me realize 1. how chronically online I am, and 2. the power of knowing digital trends is an incredibly valuable asset to brands of all shapes and size.
