We are excited to celebrate the recent groundbreaking of the new Learning Commons at Whitefield Academy! Designed as the heart of campus, this dynamic facility will bring together dining, a maker space, a library, classrooms, campus administration and a space of worship, creating a central hub for student life. Anchored by a student commons at the intersection of the pedestrian quad and main drop-off, the space will foster connection, collaboration and innovation. The Learning Commons will serve as a cornerstone of campus life for years to come.?

We're thrilled to share that TVS was named as a recipient of the 2024 U.S. Green Building Council Georgia?“Rise to the Challenge Award,” for our work on our Atlanta office! This award recognizes projects that overcame significant obstacles to provide meaningful and sustainable performance outcomes, while demonstrating leadership in green building design/operations. This space achieved dual LEED/WELL Platinum certifications on a fast-track schedule,?while on a budget, as a renovation with pre-existing conditions. We were?one of six award recipients selected using green building and sustainable practices to improve quality of life for those around them. The team persevered and made sound sustainable choices at each budgetary and design challenge and prioritize healthy people and buildings.? Not only was this important for our office atmosphere and our health but also to be an example for other projects and teams trying to overcome similar?challenges that would come behind us. Our passion and persistence to these sustainable goals ultimately allowed us to be recognized.??
