Pilot Company has a new location at 130 Interstate Exchange Way, Ellabelle, GA! As the first development within the Interstate Exchange subdivision, strategically located at exit 143 on I-16 (directly across I-16 from Hyundai Motor Company (?????)'s new plant), the sky is the limit for this location! We were thrilled to provide the following services: 1.) Topographic, Boundary and ALTA Survey 2.) Conceptual Planning 3.) Geotechnical Engineering 4.) Civil Engineering 5.) Permitting 6.) Construction Phase 7.) Construction Staking 8.) NPDES Monitoring I usually edit these videos, but our drone pilot nailed this one! PS: Peep the other EMC Engineering Services, Inc. designed project in the back (Turnstone Group LLC - Woodspring Suites).. more to come as this one progresses.

ANOTHER WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels International has started construction! Congratulations to Chip Johnson, Jacqueline Rencurrell, and the Turnstone Group LLC team on this groundbreaking near the massive $8B Hyundai Motor Company (?????) manufacturing plant in the Savannah, GA metro area. As a matter of fact, the plant is so massive that it has it's own water tower which can be seen in the background of the photo below. Amazing foresight by the team at Turnstone to see the opportunity and conceptualize this project. It is sure to be a great addition to their portfolio, and it was a pleasure working with them on it (always is)!
