Over 200 backpacks with school supplies are ready to be distributed at the 14th Annual Community Day on Saturday, August 3rd hosted by Turning Point CDC + Oasis of Hope Ministries, Inc.! Thanks to Microsoft volunteers for packing the bags!

We enjoyed sharing program updates and future plans with Olivia Percoco from The Conservation Fund! The Resourceful Communities program and technical assistance team have been great assets for our organization! We are grateful for their partnership and continued support.

We are looking forward to serving nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks FREE to students in our summer learning program! Thank you Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC to continuing to meet the nutritional needs of children during the summer. We are grateful for the partnership!

It was a special treat for our Creating Success After School students to attend a special book reading with Mayor Melissa Elliott at Perry Memorial Library. Mayor Elliott, thank you for sharing your time with our young scholars! It was truly a special experience!

Thank you to the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust for supporting our mission and awarding us a $330,000 grant to continue supporting children, youth, and families over the next three-years.
