Turning Point Foundation is a Non-profit, community based organization dedicated to the recovery of persons with mental illness living in Ventura County. Our mission is to provide shelter, housing, rehabilitation, recovery and support services to adults disabled by mental illness reach their highest potential and become contributing members of the community, Our programs include Housing First Homeless 2 Home Street Outreach program, Our Place Safe Haven Shelter, Supported Transitional and Permanent Housing programs, Mental Health Rehabilitation Programs, Peer Support Wellness Centers and Quality of Life Improvement Peer Support Board and Care program.

Thanks also to everyone this year who have helped us continue to offer & expand our programs to serve over 3500 people in 2024. A grass roots mental health & wellness festival inclusive of a unique Mental Health Art Exhibit, "Growing Works" Horticultural Garden Exhibit, uplifting live music, yoga & meditation sessions, fun activities, community services & programs booths + a blend of cultural, holistic, therapeutic & spiritual wellness related vendors. Objective: To raise awareness about mental health and share mental wellness pathways in our community that support, maintain and/or improve our mental health. Free admission! Pets welcome!
