We are honored to be leading the design and construction administration of the all-new LaGrange Residence Hall at the University of North Alabama (UNA)! Scheduled to be completed in 2026, the seven-story complex will be home to approximately 190 students. The 54,000+/- GSF facility will include double-occupancy rooms and large living rooms/studies on each floor. In addition, the interior will feature an ICC-500 rated storm shelter, laundry facilities, an apartment for the resident director, and a campus convenience store. https://lnkd.in/eBiRrD_X

The latest addition to Highlands College - The Village!
The Village at #HighlandsCollege has officially opened its doors! Our newest residence hall welcomed over 100 students to their new on-campus home. Thanks to a generous $17.5 million challenge gift from Hobby Lobby's Green family, we're one step closer to housing all students on campus. With Phase II already in progress, The Village will soon offer even more space for students as they are educated and equipped for ministry and a life of eternal impact. The best is yet to come! ??
Rendering vs. Reality: The Alabaster Amphitheater project consists of a Senior Center addition and performance venue for the City of Alabaster. The Senior Center addition will provide a large gathering area and porch that can double as a VIP viewing area during performances. The Pavilion will be a stand-alone structure within the green space and walking trail adjacent to City Hall. It will support concerts, community gatherings, and other events, allowing the city to create an entertainment hub for its residents.
