Greg leads the Fiduciary Services practice at Harney Partners, which includes receiverships.?As part of his overall turnaround and restructuring practice, Greg currently spends most of his time serving in some form of fiduciary capacity including CRO, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustee, independent board member or manager, and state and federal court receiver involving cases across a wide variety of industries and geographies.
