Turn 10 Studios

Students from Washington State University—College of Arts and Sciences are in Western Washington this week participating in the “Seattle Experience.” They are visiting a variety of employers learning how their majors translate to real-world career opportunities. This morning, the group is at Microsoft’s Turn 10 Studios learning about video game production. Thanks to alumnus Kyle Emtman and his team for hosting the group #GoCougs #Forza WSU Corporate Engagement

In February, we hosted a very special guest at Turn 10 Studios: world-renowned automotive and car culture photographer,?Larry Chen! ? ? Larry spoke to the team as part of our On the Leaderboard speaker series, a studio program designed to inspire learning and celebrate automotive culture at Turn 10, run by our Strategic Partnerships, Licensing, and Sourcing team.? ? Larry shared his journey into automotive photography and gave us a behind-the-lens look at how he captures the essence of diverse motorsport events all over the world. He also hosted a smaller group session with our creative teams to share insights on his striking photography.?Larry’s passion and dedication to his craft was truly inspiring, and he enjoyed a great time visiting with the team at Turn 10.?

?? We are Sustainability Champions ?? Last night was a very special moment for PG as we were crowned “Sustainability Champion” at the Ukie Video Game Awards 2025! We’re so beyond proud of the team and everything they do to make our studios more sustainable and environmentally friendly ??

We were pleased to welcome a cohort of students to visit with the team in the Studio, this time from University of Washington Bothell, School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics. 14 of our Turn 10 team members spent time with students to share personal insights into different areas of work, discuss career pathways, and answer questions about what it’s like to work in gaming. The visit was part of the Studio’s ongoing student?outreach and is the second time we’ve met with?UW Bothell – and we’re looking forward to hosting our second visit with UW Seattle later this spring! ? For many, it was the chance of a lifetime. One student praised the visit saying, “I never thought that I would have the?opportunity to come to Microsoft,?let alone learn about the workplace from such friendly?people.” ? Thank you to UW Retirement Association for helping coordinate!

We enjoyed chill holiday vibes during our annual Winter Social last week while raising funds to support Empower Youth Network, a Washington-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization promoting and inspiring youth to lead safe, healthy, and successful lives. Team members turned out in force wearing their new "Home Forza Holidays" gear, enjoyed delicious bites, and had fun times together before we take time to rest and recharge with our families. Wishing all of you a very happy holiday season!?

We recently kicked off the holiday season at Turn 10 with the 3rd Annual Winter Craft Fair. ?? Our team members offered their handmade custom creations for others to browse for holiday gifts - or pick up a little something (or two!) for themselves! Thank you so much to our creative and crafty sellers for showcasing and sharing their diverse range of talents and hobbies to bring smiles and holiday cheer to Turn 10!?????
