A NEW CHAPTER FOR KARBONSAN BEGINS Funds advised by Turkey’s leading private equity firm, TURKVEN, have fully acquired Karbonsan to strengthen its export capabilities and drive growth. This investment will enable Karbonsan to expand its engineering and production capacities, leveraging technological automation to support its presence in new markets. Currently, 95% of Karbonsan’s revenue comes from exports, primarily to the EU. Cem Geyik, Karbonsan’s new shareholder and Executive Chairman, expressed his vision: “With TURKVEN's support, we’ll advance Karbonsan’s engineering and production to become a key supplier in the European cryogenic market.
