In 1981 the name was changed, and company was relocated to Boise, Idaho, and started doing business as Turbo Air, Inc. The company has operated under the current ownership and management since 1990. The leased offices and facilities of Turbo Air are located in the Boise Airport and consist of office space and hangars containing approximately 75,000 sq ft. Turbo Air, Inc. provides the following services - FAA Part 135 Commercial Charter Operator - FAA Maintenance Repair Station, Major and Minor - FAA Avionics Repair Station - Aircraft management services - Aircraft sales department - Special Missions Projects Aircraft charter, maintenance, special mission’s projects, and avionics services are authorized by an operating certificate issued and administered under the authority of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Turbo Air, Inc. has extensive experience in maintaining and operating all types of aircraft within a variety of contractual frameworks. Aircraft management, pilot services, leaseback arrangements, medical air-ambulance and on-demand charter services are all services provided by the company. The company has operated jets, turboprops and piston aircraft on its FAA operating certificate. The company currently operates 5 King Air turboprop aircraft, 3 CJ's . These aircraft operate primarily within the United States. Flight crews employed by Turbo Air are highly trained and experienced pilots. Captains all have Airline Transport Ratings. Turbo Air has extensive knowledge in Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Citations, LearJet45’s , DeHavilland Twin Otter, and Quest Kodiak product lines. Turbo Air is an FAA approved repair station for Major and Minor Inspections and alterations.
