Earlier this year we raised the roof on two townhomes for girls aging out of foster care! But we needed two more townhomes and a kind, generous donor challenged us to raise that $125,000. The Hern Family Foundation, Tammy and Kevin Hern, helped us meet that challenge and this month — we are making waves to help girls in foster care. This type of generosity helps us move the needle forward in ensuring no girl ages out of Tulsa Girls’ Home without a plan, an option and a network of support! We take the support by people in our community very personally. It takes a village to do this work and at times it is not easy — but the reward is great. See girls heal, find peace, and dream of a future is why we do what we do! Our Dream Gala is right around the corner and we look forward to continuing the momentum to advocate for girls in foster care and celebrate all the work that has been accomplished thus far. We are still pinching ourselves! Today, was so amazing and truly our team, board, and all those who call Tulsa Girls Home their family are overwhelmed by the support of community. From all the vendors who made this happen to the foundations who stepped up to support the expansion and our programs during this time - we say thank you. This one's for the GIRLS and all those who came out with Transformation Church to show how worthy, loved, and valued girls in foster care are to TC Nation! We danced, built dressers, unloaded loads of furniture, shared vision and prayed for the girls who will call Tulsa Girls Home their family. Over 200+ volunteers, from all different businesses and communities, have showed up in April 2024, to transform this home and represent love to teen girls in Oklahoma's foster care. Together, we are changing the way the orphaned of our community is served - and today was just one example of that love in action. Thank you TC Nation & Tribes!

Moving day is right around the corner and we so appreciate Oneok Inc for coming out to the Tulsa Girls' Home to help us load our moving truck! From tables, chairs, sectionals and beyond — these guys flexed their muscles and helped us get all the necessities on the truck for delivery this weekend. Thank you ONEOK for taking the time to support our mission and serve girls in foster care! ??
