At the Board of County Commission meeting this morning Commissioner Sims and I signed an Emergency Proclamation for the impending winter storm. The proclamation will assist with and expedite the process of obtaining any resources and aid that may be needed.

Tulsa County District 1 Commissioner Stan Sallee has been appointed Chair of the INCOG Board of Directors. “I’m honored to serve as Chair of the INCOG Board of Directors,” stated Sallee. “This leadership role presents a valuable opportunity to shape policies and drive regional collaboration on critical issues such as infrastructure, transportation, economic development, and public safety. Improvements to the Tulsa County Courthouse begin this week. Updates to fire suppression, plumbing and HVAC, new windows, and repairs to the failing marble fa?ade are being funded by $28 million in federal ARPA dollars. A groundbreaking was held today for two state-of-the-art baseball fields at O'Brien Park Sports Complex. The upgraded facilities will feature two artificial turf fields that will convert to suit multiple ages, shaded spectator stands, modern dugouts and fully digital score and video boards, creating a top-tier experience for players of all ages. ?
