Green Country Habitat for Humanity would like to thank the Hardesty Family Foundation for their generous support of Education Begins with HOME. This new initiative created in partnership with the City of Tulsa, Tulsa Regional Chamber, Tulsa Area United Way and Green Country Habitat for Humanity is intended to help Tulsa Public Schools recruit AND retain Certified Classroom Teachers. When a new or existing Certified Teacher commits to five years of continuous classroom teaching at Tulsa Public Schools, they are eligible to receive up to $50,000 in forgivable downpayment assistance to purchase a new home through Green Country Habitat for Humanity.
