At Tula, we aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for practitioners of all skill levels. All of our classes focus on healthy body alignment for a safe and sustainable practice. The studio runs daily classes in studio, virtually and outdoors, where all levels are welcome. Known in the region for alignment yoga, our instructors also work with professional athletes to supplement their training and to help rehab injuries. Official Partner of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia 76ers leading large scale yoga classes on the field/court for fans averaging 300+ participants per event.
